Lynda took the time to understand our desires, educate us on the differences to expect with real estate transactions in Mexico, and to show us not only the homes currently available but also help us to understand the different areas/neighborhoods that we could choose to retire into.

Her focus continued to be on our comfort with the choices available and to fully understand all the considerations with each of our alternatives.

After meeting with multiple realtors, we chose Lynda to be "our agent" and never regretted that decision. She should be the "standard" by which all realtors are judged!

"Lynda sold our house in Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico, in just 6 days in October 2002. It had previously been listed with two other agents for a total of almost a year, and we had "given up" for several months before putting it back on the market with Lynda as our agent.

From our first meeting with Lynda, we were impressed, primarily with her enthusiasm and her listening skills. She took the time to find out what had convinced us to buy the house and to stay in it for three years. She also listened to things that had bothered us with our previous listing experience.
